A relaxing retreat in Caldas

I enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds chirping from the nearby park. The breakfast was a good spread of local flavors, and the staff's attentiveness. The beautiful architecture added a unique charm to my stay.

Unfortunately, I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking. The limited electrical outlets made charging devices somewhat inconvenient. Some noise from nearby events did disturb my quiet moments.

Nice, rich breakfast, we were only on the transit, there was no time to visit the city or region. Parking garage is well solved, together with shopping center.

Welcoming and nice staff, it was great stay.

Had a sensational breakfast with Scrambled Egg and soy milk. The room was extremely spacious, excellent facilities. The service offered was excellent. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurant and bar, the electronic shop and the park and the ceramics museum.

Is it hype or the real deal?

The breakfast selection was really nice, offering a good variety. The location's proximity to both a lovely park and shopping options was highly convenient.

Noise levels from nearby traffic and adjoining rooms were disruptive, impacting relaxation significantly.

The hotel was very good. It is very close to the city centre and the city park. But the city itself disappointed me.

Rooms facing the street are very loud. A night's rest with an open window is not possible.

The elegant building and comfortable rooms reflect the spirit of this charming city.

- Spacious rooms. - very clean . - the interior appears very noble, high quality and well maintained. -friendly staff

- Parking is supposed to cost 12€ per night. (However, we were told how to get to a free parking lot) . - Breakfast was OK (quality is very good) but you should offer more Portuguese products. -Beds are too hard for our taste.

The units were nicely decorated and well-appointed with view over the park.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast spread had a great variety that fueled my explorations each day.

Everything. Friendly staff, very nice building, super clean, best location, free parking in underground garage, delicious breakfast, cheap drinks at the evening bar. All in all a great stay, we will come back with pleasure and security.

We found the beds a little hard. More disturbing was a missing socket in the bathroom (at least we couldn't find one).

Nice room. Great location, near a beautiful city park. Very good breakfast.

Consider asking the staff for local dining recommendations, as they can point you to some hidden gems that aren't in the usual guidebooks.

Lack of Electrical Sockets in the Room and low Light on the Bathroom.

The hotel looked quite new, so this was good.

Breakfast was really poor, decoration is too dark, rooms are too full of furniture, hotel staff was not helpful in terms of parking the car and judged me by the holiday appearance
